The rules and guidelines that govern your use of the MyGuide platform and the services offered through it.
Use of the platform
By accessing or using MyGuide, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape, copy, or distribute content without prior written permission.
User accounts and responsibilities
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify MyGuide immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Guide listings and bookings
MyGuide provides a platform connecting travelers with independent local guides. We do not employ guides directly and are not a party to agreements made between travelers and guides.
While we take steps to verify guide profiles, MyGuide does not guarantee the accuracy of listings and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by guides.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyGuide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MyGuide in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email.
Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
